ANTIFORMAL STACK

When duplex is generated during thrusting, an antiform develops on the hanging wall side and antithetic faults are associated with this antiformal fold. Since a series of such folds may form one above the other, the term stack is used. In terms of the thrust terminology, the horses move to or just beyond the start of the next horse to produce a stack.
